Let me begin by stating we own 2 companies here in New Hampshire. An equipment company and a tree service. I ran across Big Truck while searching for a 100ft aerial bucket. I liked their selection so decided to give them a call. I dealt with MJ the salesmen. He was 100% through the entire process. Never ignored my calls after the purchase, always honest and informative, and a really genuine man. Big truck arranged for delivery from California to here, in New Hampshire ~~approximately 3,000 miles. I had possession of the truck within 12 days after purchase. The truck arrived as represented, driven by a super friendly driver and in great working order. We put it in service the following day. This outfit was top shelf from beginning to end. I cannot say enough about their professionalism. We will look to them for a 125′ next year. And I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.
